The purpose of this website is to provide affordable and free guitar lessons to people (Christians or non-Christians alike) who may need of it:

• people who have a desire to learn but cannot afford private lessons (e.g. youths with limited pocket money),

• people who cannot find anyone to teach them (e.g. cannot enroll into guitar classes because of limited slots per intake, but need to play for cell group),

• people who have a desire to serve as guitarist in their cell groups,

• people who have a desire to improve the quality of praise and worship in their cell group and enhance the experience the cell group members can get from better musicianship, and

• people who want to have a better experience in their own quiet time where they can worship God with stringed instruments.

Vision 

The internet has limited resources on guitar instructional materials for Contemporary Praise and Worship Guitar. Hence my vision is to provide people mainly with guitar lessons in the Contemporary Praise and Worship Style, as well as other genres of music.

The vision of this website is to be a resource in the area of guitar playing and music. The ultimate goal is for every Christian to be able to play basic guitar chords and learn simple strumming techniques so that they too can Praise and Worship God freely in their own quiet time, or serve as guitarists in their own bible study or prayer meeting groups.

We might not be called to be Musicians, but that does not mean we cannot play any musical instrument to use in our devotion time. The Bible says that God is enthroned in the Praises of His people - so we are to always sing His Praise!

It can start with total beginners who simply have a desire to learn something - say, 4 chords and a simple strumming pattern.

Churches in countries like Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia and China are experiencing a new move of God, to be more contemporary and relevant, and their members, and Contemporary Christian Music can open the hearts of their youths just like MTV, Yao Ming or David Beckham can!

As much as we have progressed and started a "Worship Guitar School Online",  we also do not want to forget our primary vision of providing free lessons to those who cannot afford it, so that they too can learn something and be a greater giver in times to come.

This website aims to be that resource, and equip every Christian, one chord at a time!
